Ilba Perfumes provides a custom perfume blending service through our AI Blend Lab. Customers can design a unique fragrance, select a bottle, and place an order for production and delivery within India.

All perfumes are hand-crafted to order. Each blend is unique to the customer's specifications.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or in breach of these terms.
• Payment methods accepted include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets as offered by Razorpay.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

• Custom blends are created according to the specifications you provide through the AI Blend Lab.
• Due to the bespoke nature of each product, we cannot guarantee an exact olfactory match to AI-generated descriptions.
• Minor variations in raw material availability may occasionally require substitutions with comparable ingredients.
• We do not share or replicate your blend formula with any third party without your consent.

• All website content, brand identity, AI systems, formulation algorithms, and blend databases are the intellectual property of Ilba Perfumes (Mystic Aromatics).
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without written permission.
• Your personal blend formula belongs to you. We may store it to fulfil reorders, but we will not commercialise it.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use another person's account or impersonate any individual.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Submit false information when placing orders.
• Use our AI Blend Lab for commercial resale without prior written agreement.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Fragrance descriptions are subjective; we do not guarantee your personal sensory experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilba Perfumes (a brand of Mystic Aromatics) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance.
